When you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email outlining what you have ordered and paid for, please ensure you check this email and let us know about any problems straight away.  You can call us on 07450544860 or email to orders@wardsoftroway.co.uk, if you don’t get a response please keep trying until you make contact with one of the team.

The items we sell are classed as perishable goods, as such we do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.  Every effort is made to ensure everything we send to you is checked and packaged so it reaches you safely.  If you do find a problem with your order please contact us asap with the details above.
